Using Bootlegged

Bootlegged provides access to publicly available motorsports podcast content. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Bootlegged uses Sign in with Apple or a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your Apple ID and email account secure, since access to them gives access to your Bootlegged account.

Content

Podcast content available through Bootlegged is created and owned by third-party podcast creators. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or appropriateness.

Podcast Publisher Requests

Bootlegged aggregates publicly available podcast RSS feeds. If you are a podcast publisher and would like your show removed from the app, please contact us at publishers@getbootlegged.com. We will process removal requests promptly.

No Affiliation

Bootlegged is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with NASCAR, Dirty Mo Media, or any podcast networks, shows, or creators featured in the app. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners. Podcast content is publicly available and streamed directly from the original hosting sources.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Redistribute or commercially exploit podcast content
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

Bootlegged is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
